| In reponse to the requirements of users and the general public, PCF has integrated the concept of environmental protection into its company policy. The investments made in terms of both waste processing and improving manufacturing procedures go to guarantee compliance with the environmental standards laid down in European directives. Pharmacie Centrale de France gained ISO 9002 certification in April 1994 and ISO 9001 - V2000 in July 2003. Once more, respect for customer requirements motivated the company's application for this certification. Awareness of customer desires and anticipation of their changing needs means that the company can thus ensure their full satisfaction. | ![]() | ![]() |
